Cocktails: Applejack Manhattan

2 oz Applejack brandy
1/2 oz sweet vermouth
1 dash orange bitters
---Then Do This---
Pour the Applejack brandy, vermouth and orange bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
