Cocktails: Balm Cocktail

2 oz sherry
3/4 oz fresh orange juice
1/2 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 slices oranges
---Then Do This---
Mix all with the orange slices and shake well with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish with flamed orange peel, and serve.
