Cocktails: Blue Memphis

1 oz Malibu coconut rum
3 oz pineapple juice
2 oz milk
1 dash Blue Curacao liqueur
---Then Do This---
Pour all (except curacao) into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Add blue curacao and shake again briefly. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes, and serve.
