Beer & Ale: California Root Beer

1 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
1 oz Galliano herbal liqueur
2 oz club soda
1 oz cola
1 splash beer
---Then Do This---
Pour all into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes, and serve.
