Cocktails: Claret Cobbler

3 oz claret
1/3 oz triple sec
2 oz soda water
1/4 oz sugar syrup
---Then Do This---
Pour into a wine goblet filled with broken or crushed ice. Mix with a barspoon, garnish with fruit, and add straws. Serve.
