Cocktails: Devil Cocktail

1 oz tawny port
3/4 oz dry vermouth
1 dash lemon juice
1 twist lemon peel
---Then Do This---
Stir well over ice cubes in a mixing glass. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, add a twist of lemon peel, and serve.
