Cocktails: Emerald Martini

1 1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1/8 oz Green Chartreuse
1 twist lemon peel

Stir with cracked ice in a shaker and pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Twist a lemon zest over the drink and float the zest on top.
