Cocktails: Frosty Noggin

1 1/2 oz rum
3/4 oz white creme de cacao
3 oz eggnog
3 cups vanilla ice cream
---Then Do This---
Combine all in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a parfait glass and top with whipped cream. Garnish with a few drops of green creme de menthe and a rolled cookie, and serve.
