Cocktails: Galway Grey

1 1/2 oz vodka
1 oz white creme de cacao
1 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
1/2 oz lime juice
light cream
---Then Do This---
Stir all (except cream) together, and pour into a cocktail glass. Float fresh light cream on top, sprinkle with grated orange peel, and serve.
