Cocktails: Gin Toddy

2 oz gin
2 tsp water
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1 twist lemon peel
---Then Do This---
Mix powdered sugar and water in an old-fashioned glass. Add gin and one ice cube. Stir, add the twist of lemon peel, and serve.
