Cocktails: Golden Slipper

2 oz apricot brandy
3/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse
1 egg yolk

---Then Do This---

Stir brandy and chartreuse with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Float unbroken egg yolk on top and serve.
