Cocktails: Green Fairy Blood

1 oz absinthe herbal liqueur
1 oz creme de menthe
1 oz Green Chartreuse
1 oz fresh water
1 tsp sugar
---Then Do This---
Mix in above order over a sugar cube on an absinthe spoon, light the cube and when the flame dies immediately stir in the sugar until it dissolves; serve.
