Cocktails: Hairy Coconut

1 oz vodka
1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1/2 oz Pisang Ambon liqueur
1 tsp Green Chartreuse
1/2 oz coconut cream
1 oz whipping cream
---Then Do This---
Rim a champagne saucer with egg white and sweet grated coconut. Shake and strain into the saucer. Garnish with a slice of lime and a cherry, and serve.
