Cocktails: Heat of the Heart

2 1/2 oz Finlandia vodka
1 oz creme de cassis
1 oz dry vermouth
1 dash Cointreau orange liqueur
---Then Do This---
Pour all into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass. Float some extra Cointreau on top. Garnish with blackberries and a twist of orange peel, and serve.
