Cocktails: Jocose Julep

2 1/2 oz bourbon whiskey
1/2 oz green creme de menthe
1 oz lime juice
1 tsp sugar
5 mint leaves
carbonated water
---Then Do This---
Blend all (except carbonated water) in an electric blender at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a collins glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and serve.
