Cocktails: Laughing at the Waves

1 1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1/2 oz Campari bitters
---Then Do This---
Pour into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes. Stir well, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist, and serve.
