Cocktails: Mulled Claret

5 oz claret
1 dash bitters
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
---Then Do This---
Combine all in a saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally. Pour into a mug, and serve.
