Cocktails: Peach Treat

1 oz peach brandy
2 oz orange juice
4 oz chilled Champagne
1 slice peach
---Then Do This---
Shake brandy and orange juice with ice and strain into a collins glass over several ice cubes. Top with chilled champagne, add the peach slice, and serve.
