Cocktails: Pink Panties

1 package frozen pink lemonade concentrate
1 cup Canadian Mist whisky
1 cup water
1/2 container whipped cream

Combine all in a blender with half a cup of crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Serve in a tall glass.
