Cocktails: Scotch Bishop Cocktail

1 oz Scotch whisky
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1/2 tsp triple sec
1 tbsp orange juice
1/4 tsp powdered sugar
1 twist lemon peel
---Then Do This---
Shake all (except lemon peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.
