Cocktails: South Coast Cocktail

1 1/4 oz Scotch whisky
1/4 oz Curacao orange liqueur
1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1 tsp simple syrup
1 1/4 oz soda water
---Then Do This---
Mix all together in a mixing glass with ice. Stir gently and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with flamed orange peel, and serve.
