Cocktails: Tailspin Cocktail

3/4 oz sweet vermouth
3/4 oz gin
3/4 oz Green Chartreuse
1 dash orange bitters
1 twist lemon peel
1 cherry
---Then Do This---
Stir all (except cherry) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with the cherry and serve. (An olive may be substituted for the cherry, if preferred.)
