Cocktails: Whiskey Milk Punch

2 oz blended whiskey
1 tsp powdered sugar
8 oz milk
nutmeg

---Then Do This---

Shake all (except nutmeg) with ice and strain into a collins glass. Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve.
